The Export Firm Support (EFS) provides grants for investment to boost Ugandan firm exports in value-added manufactured products to high-income markets by upgrading firms’ organizational and production capacities to deliver to the demand of foreign buyers.
The funding supports the development of firm capabilities of exporters, suppliers, and MSMEs for expansion of access to market opportunities and enhance firm revenue potential.
The project facilitates Investment in Rural Supply Chains in Refugee and Host Communities (RHCs). The component provides competitively selected lead investors in the RHCs in the South West, Northern, and West Nile regions of the country with performance-based grants.
